The Apartment

The space

El Ganxo is a private, self-contained apartment in the hills above Sitges, inside the Garraf Natural Park, fully renovated in spring 2026. One bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen with new Bosch appliances and a bathroom with a shower. Light from morning to evening thanks to the south-west orientation; well-insulated stone walls, a quiet Mitsubishi heat pump for cooling and heating, and much of the power comes from the house’s own solar panels.

It is the lower floor of the house, with its own entrance. Outside, the terrace is the heart of it: shaded seating, a long view south over the hills, and, a few steps away, a counter-current pool, a heated jacuzzi and a Finnish sauna. The covered outdoor kitchen has a wood-fired pizza oven and a gas grill. From April to November, most meals happen out here.
